Clinics: Touro's clinics offer legal representation in the areas of Elder Law, Social Security/Disability, Mental Disability, Family Law, Immigration, and International Human Rights/Political Asylum. Representation is provided by upper-level law students, working under the close supervision of experienced lawyers who are clinical professors. There is no charge for clinic representation. However, the clinics have limited resources and cannot take every case, no matter how deserving. Clinic staff members meet with potential clients by appointment only. Please do not visit the Law Center unless you have first contacted the Office of Clinic Education (631 761-7080), determined if you are eligible, and made an appointment.

Projects: The Domestic Violence Project provides legal and other services to victims of domestic violence. The VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Project helps senior citizens file their state and federal income tax returns. As with clinics, projects have limited resources and cannot take every case, no matter how deserving. Please call first (631 761-7080), determine if you are eligible, and make an appointment to meet with a project representative.
