Students in good standing at other law schools may enroll in Touro Law Center's Juris Doctor for one or two semesters by obtaining visiting student status. They may enter during the fall or spring semesters and choose full-time day, part-time day, or part-time evening attendance. Students may also "visit" by attending one of the Law Center's summer programs.

For the regular J.D. program, applicants must complete a Visiting Student Application Form and send it to the Office of Admissions, along with an official law school transcript and a letter from their current dean or registrar granting permission for the visit and detailing any special conditions. Visiting status is granted on a space-available basis. Students interested in the international summer programs, should complete the appropriate form for the specific session.
