Our fine library is
indispensable to our
students as they pursue
their legal education and to
our gifted faculty as they
produce scholarship and
teach courses that will
prepare our students for
careers in law. Further, we
reach out to our alumni and
the practicing bar. And, in
this digital world, we offer
this website, and much of
the information it contains,
to Suffolk County, New York,
the United States, and,
ultimately, the world. Our
collection comprises
electronic documents in the
millions. Lexis and Westlaw
are necessities for our
students, but they are just
the tip of the iceberg. We
are adding to our electronic
collections every day. In
addition, our library
contains over 450,000 print
volumes. We take special
pride in our extensive and
beautiful
Judaica
collection of over 5900
volumes, including the
Lillie Goldstein traveling
collection of over 400
titles, (the only such
collection in the United
States.) You will also find
a well-loved Touro Law
Center Archive and Rare Book
Room within our walls, where
we exhibit the treasures of
our collections. Our new
library vistas inspire our
students as they look out at
nearby state and federal
courthouses. Our students
and faculty can take
advantage of ample,
attractive, comfortable
seating on four floors, many
study rooms for group and
individual study, two large
computer labs, and wireless
access throughout. Our
dedicated librarians help
our students to discover the
vast variety of electronic
databases, internet
resources, and print
materials they need to excel
in their studies. We rely
upon our knowledgeable staff
to add print and electronic
titles too numerous to count
to our catalog every year.
Do not hesitate to use this
wonderful resource, the
